Grant Rounds - Key Dates

Round 1:   1 - 31 March 2024

Round 2:   1 - 30 June 2024

Round 3:   1 - 30 September 2024

Note: Applications submitted outside these dates can be carried forward for review in the following Grant Round but are unable to be assessed outside these dates. The Online Application and all required supporting documentation must be submitted on time to complete the Grant Application.

All Grant Applications are subject to an assessment process requiring provision of:  

• Information on rare condition and medical specialist's (not GP or therapist) endorsement of your application;

• Proof of minimum five year residency/citizenship; 

• Australian Medicare Card;

• Private Heath Insurance information;

• Government assistance details, e.g. NDIS Plan;

• Current quote / invoice for items or services being requested from an Australian Supplier in Australian Dollars;

• Income and Expense details; and

• Tax Returns / Payslips.
