Grant Rounds - Key Dates

The Foundation will call for applications for funding assistance on the following dates in 2020:

Round 1:   1 - 31 March 2020

Round 2:   1 - 30 June 2020

Round 3:   1 - 30 September 2020

Note: Applications submitted outside these dates will carry forward for review in the following Grant Round.

All Grant Applications are subject to an assessment process requiring provision of:  

• Information on rare condition and medical specialist's (not GP or therapist) endorsement of your application;

• Proof (e.g passport/Medicare card/birth certificate) of minimum 5 year residency/citizenship;
  

• Private Heath Insurance information;

• Government assistance details;

• Quote/invoice for items/services being requested;

• Income and expenses details; and

• Tax return/payslip
